We are currently searching for an experienced Program Manager to join our team and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level operational initiatives. As a leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
Objectives of this Role
Identify and lead new customer acquisition strategies
Develop and manage customer relationship initiatives
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and key results
Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Oversee budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
10+ years in an advanced management role
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
